Digital Marketing Exec / Manager Position
Take a lead role on Digital Marketing and Build Your Own Team at Herd Group.
Start date = June
Salary = up to £40,000 (Pro-Rata). We’re open to full-time, part-time or a flexible arrangement.
Herd Group seeks a highly motivated and experienced digital marketing professional to join our team.
This role offers a dynamic environment for a strategic leader with a passion for developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across a diverse client base. You will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, crafting winning strategies, and overseeing project execution.
Additionally, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build and shape a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering collaboration and driving success for both Herd Group and its sister companies.
Key Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing agency setting
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing and leading teams (a plus)
• We offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement (initially part-time with the potential to transition to full-time) and the exciting opportunity to grow the team as the agency expands.
• Ability, and confidence, to bring fresh ideas to solve problems.
• Strong planning and project management skills with experience of managing multiple concurrent marketing communications projects.
• Confident, proactive, client-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to work efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
• Commercial acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office or Google Workspace
• Experience of WordPress CMS, GA4, Looker Studio, Google Ads and Meta Business suite.
• Experience of Canva and Creative Cloud preferable but not essential
